Tree stump grinding Temporary Local rule

Temporary Local Rule:  Tree stump grinding areas.

Due to the tree stumps on the course being ground down, the Match Committee has implemented the following temporary local rule.

Local Rule:

“Any ground affected by recent stump grinding, including temporary accumulations of stump grindings in the general area is to be treated as GUR from which free relief is allowed under Rule 16.1”
